Arshdip is an ESG Business Analyst, focused primarily on delivering sustainability and ESG services in his current role. Previously, Arshdip worked on sustainable finance policy which included both UK and EU non-financial reporting initiatives/legislation. Having consolidated his experience through achieving the Chartered Banker Institute’s Green and Sustainable Finance Professional designation, Arshdip approaches sustainability and ESG matters with a deep understanding of the challenges facing businesses as they navigate the ever-complex regulatory and commercial environment. 

Whilst studying Law and Politics (LLB) at the University of Leicester, he was selected to undertake a module in International Criminal Law, hosted by Florida State University and the International Bar Association. After completing his module in International Criminal Law, Arshdip was able to leverage the knowledge gained in his role at London Politica, to provide political risk commentary on some of the key topics during the start of the Ukraine-Russia war. During his time at London Politica, he also contributed to client pitches and projects, analytical series covering a broad range of geopolitical topics, which saw him rise through the ranks to the role of Deputy Head of Research.
